As President of RCR, E. Wayne Angle's qualifications combine 25 years of corporate and entrepreneurial real estate experience.

During his 10 years as an officer of Live Oak Capital, Ltd. and The Dunkum Mortgage Group, Angle originated real estate financing through a broad spectrum of institutional lending sources including life insurance companies, securitized lenders, Fannie Mae and commercial banks. In addition, he successfully represented buyers and sellers in the acquisition/sale of medical office buildings, apartments and retail shopping centers.

Prior to specializing in finance and investment acquisitions and sales, Angle was in real estate development for 15 years; first as region manager for Coldwell Banker Development Services and then as a development officer for Homart Development Co. He directed all facets of development for large and small-scale projects including office, industrial, retail and mixed-use properties.

As region marketing director for Coldwell Banker Commercial Services, Angle provided management support to commercial brokerage offices within a three-state region.

Angle graduated from The University of Texas at Austin with a bachelor's degree in finance.
